Who watches “Covert Affairs”? Who is up to date with “Covert Affairs”? Who has noticed it’s like the writers are suffering some sort of bodysnatchers case? Ahh good, not just me then. Seriously as a fan of this show I am hot under the collar.
First up Annie Walker, central spy in the show is not the type of girl who would whore herself for her craft, it’s part of her charm that she has this girlish loyalty that doesn’t include self whoring for the cause, but rather finding more ingenious ways of solving the case. At least, until this season, where Annie’s new boss has apparently brain-fracked her and has her whoring herself out and wearing floral dresses… come on Annie, where is your spunk! Get back to working for Joan and quit making googly eyes are Augie, that’s just sloppy writing.
