It is so great to see Julia Louis-Dreyfus doing well in yet another role, especially a role like “Veep” which is a perfectly positioned political comedy for HBO. Now the fantastic Gary Cole will be joining the cast in a recurring role, although there haven’t been too many leaked details of his character yet.
So far we know that Cole will play a “Karl Rove-type”, but that’s really all the details available. Starring alongside Anna Chlumsky, Tony Hale and Reid Scott, “Veep” will give Cole the opportunity to show off his time-honored acting chops after recently appearing in “Entourage” for HBO.
