Sounds like James Cameron wants to take a little step back to the good ole days. Word is the movie master is working on a True Lies TV show. Cameron directed the True Lies movie back in 1994, it starred Arnold Schwartzenegger and Jamie Lee Curtis as a husband and wife spy team. Well actually Arnie was the spy, Jamie Lee Curtis was the wife who gets pulled into the spy lifestyle. If you missed the film, rent it out, it’s got one of the funniest seduction scenes in TV history, oh and it also stars a mini Eliza Dushku as their daughter.The True Lives TV series will be written by Rene Echevarria and he’ll also act as showrunner. Echevarria is presently working on the Teen Wolf TV adaptation and previously worked on The 4400, Medium and Cameron’s show Dark Angel. So a True Lies TV series, what do you all think? I think if its cast well, this could be some good TV.
