This trailer looked great, right up until it said it was by the screenwriter of the Twilight series like that was a selling point, seriously trailer makers, you should have left that bit out. On the upside this stars Aussie actress Radha Mitchell and she’s good, very good, so this might be one to watch.
The story in “Red Widow” revolves around Marta Walraven (Radha Mitchell), a housewife from Northern California who also happens to be the daughter and wife of those heavily involved in organized crime. Due o no fault of her own, she ends up getting involved in the dark sode of things. This is based on Dutch series “Penoza”, a show with great reviews.
