Heads up fantasy TV fans, this one is for you. Young adult book series “The Nine Lives of Chloe King” by Celia Thomson is coming to a screen near you. The series has been greenlit to series by ABC Family and it actually sounds like it might be alright. The story follows young protagonist Chloe, a young lady with major problems. After falling from a tower in a San Fransisco park and dying, she wakes up and she has new abilities, along with the realization that she is part of an ancient race and mysterious figures pursuing her.
If you’re a fan of now axed series “The Gates” you’ll no doubt recognize lead actress Skyler Samuels as protagonist Chloe, she played succubus teen Andie Bates in “The Gates” and it seems she just can’t shake the supernatural casting. I think thise might be alright, if it’s not to kidified, what do you guys think?
