Wendy Watson is so cool isn’t she. She’s a geek gamer, she looks great in glasses and there’s no way that dude would truly have dumped her, what an ass. Natalie Morales who plays Wendy ‘Dubby’ Watson looks like some strange crossover of Rosario Dawson and a young Guinevere Turner, or maybe that girl from South of Nowhere…..Anyway, she’s cute and cool.
Sadly it looks like The Middleman is already hitting the skids after only a few episodes. ABC Family changed its time-slot and in its place was 2004 movie Mean Girls. Whether this spells disaster remains to be seen, I hope not, despite it’s over the top camp / cheesy nature, The Middleman is actually fairly entertaining on a non thinking level. The dialog is rich enough to even sate a Buffy fan… in my case anyway.
