The Mentalist goes full season

Hit TV show The Mentalist starring Simon Baker and Robin Tunney has been picked up for a full season.

The show has proven to be a ratings winner for CBS and they’ve given it full backing by ordering another 9 episodes. Although some people might think that the show is simply Psych without the comedy, it seems that there’s never enough cops/doctors/lawyers shows on TV these days and the quirkier the better.

The Mentalist will continue it’s run making Baker and Tunney household names not only in the US, but also in a number of other countries, including Australia where it’s being fast-tracked.
