The Big C returns!

Hurray! “The Big C” is coming back on Sunday April 8 and it’s bringing Victor Garber along for the ride! The show will be back on Showtime in a few months, picking up with the great storylines of the second season.

The show has gone from strength to strength in it’s run, with it currently being Showtime’s highest-rated scripted show in around 10 years.  The addition of Victor Garber in a guest-starring role will also add to the show’s appeal, since Garber is generally fantastic in everything he’s in. At this stage it’s unknown whether he’ll be in more than one episode, however it sounds like he’s set to cause trouble for Sean which could be fun.

As well as Garber, High Dancy and Parker Posey will both return for season three, packing more star power into the show, not that it really needs it. “The Big C” continues to provide plenty of opportunities to laugh and cry every episode and Laura Linney is simply outstanding.
