I guess the casting people at “90210″ have Carly Rae Jepsen’s number and have indeed called her. The Canadian pop star hit the charts in a big way with “Call Me Maybe” and now will appear in the season 5 premiere of The CW drama series.
Jepsen is set to perform a song from her upcoming album. Executive producers Patti Carr and Lara Olsen stated: “We fell in love with her song when we first heard it, and used it in last season’s finale before it was a national sensation. We think she’s an exciting artist and are thrilled to be able to have her music on the show again, this time in a live performance in our season premiere”.
