Season 4 Dexter gets cute / unsettling teaser poster

I’ve loved the teaser posters for Showtime’s hit series Dexter and season 4 is no exception. This time it’s not an innocent looking Dexter splattered with blood, but rather the serial killer’s baby splattered in ketchup or something else meant to make you pause and think ‘is that baby splattered in blood’?

It’s marketing genius yet again as the image is unsettling and clever. You can check out the image after the jump.
