The man behind the re-imagined “Battlestar Galactica” has just snagged the job of adapting bestselling fantasy/romance/adventure series “Outlander” by Diana Gabaldon. The story revolves around a British Army nurse (Claire Randall) from 1945 who ends up back in the 1743 Scottish highlands.
Since being published back in 1991 the book series has sold millions of copies and has quite the huge fan base. If anyone an bring this story to the screen well, surely it is Ron Moore? Hopefully this project will actually make it to the screen.
