Battlestar Galactica creator Ronald D. Moore is said to be working on a new show with Sony. The new show is set in a fantasy world and is being described as “an adult Harry Potter” that fits snugly into the police procedural genre. A magic based cop show, count me in!
If anyone can pull this off it’s Ron D. Moore who did a superb job at redoing Battlestar Galactica. It does sound a little bit like The Dresden Files, but that’s not really a bad thing, provided it’s done a little differently. Sounds like it’s also got a lot of money being thrown at it.
