The two ladies were back this week and sadly they were down in the ratings. Fans have waited months for the return of “Rizzoli & Isles” and it was a fantastic episode, but that didn’t help the ratings, which were good, but down on last season.
Given the way last season of “Rizzoli & Isles” ended, one had to wonder how on earth they were going to manage to inject any comedy into the first new episode. The writers managed this in fantastic fashion, so if you’d given up on the show after last season, check out episode one of the new season, because it was dramatic, snarky and amusing.
