Raising the Bar axed by TNT

Fans of TNT’s legal drama Raising the Bar will be saddened to learn the show has suffered the axe from TNT. The show starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Natalie Cigliuti, Gloria Reuben and Teddy Sears was not renewed due to it being “a ratings-challenged show”. A spokesman for TNT adding “Unfortunately ratings for Raising the Bar’s second season did not reach the levels required for TNT to renew the series”.

Season two of Raising the Bar got greenlit for a 15 episode run, but only 12 episodes have aired so far. Hopefully the talented cast will be picking up new work in the near future. Sucks when this happens for the fans, here’s hoping they get to see those final few episodes, or at least a DVD release of the full second season.
