No More David E Kelley for 20th Century Fox TV

David E Kelley

David E Kelley has announced that he’s leaving behind his longstanding relationship with 20th Century Fox and moving on to Warner Bros. TV.

Kelley who has enjoyed one of the longest and most prestigious relationships with 20th Century Fox TV, has signed on with Warner Bros TV for a three year deal that is rumored to be worth eight figures. The new deal will allow Kelley to expand his impressive resume even further by developing new shows for broadcast and cable.

During his time at 20th Century Fox, Kelley has been involved in hits such as Ally McBeal, The Practice, Boston Legal and L.A. Law. Fox did try and tempt Kelley to stay with them, but it appears that his close relationship with Warner Bros president Peter Roth was just too strong and he’ll be starting work there soon.
