The lady who is the face of “Private Practice” – Kate Walsh – has only renewed her contract for the coming season, so if it gets another, the lady who started it all won’t be a part of things. Unsurprising after 5 years Walsh is ready to move onto other things.
This makes me happy and hopeful. Walsh is a great actress and she doesn’t often get to flex her chops in Private Practice, and now she’s an onscreen mommy it’s all cooing and oohing over baby Henry. I can’t see how “Private Practice” could go on without her, but you never know I suppose. I’d love to see Kate Walsh in a comedy… maybe her own show. How about you guys?
