Regulars here will know I’m an avid video gamer, so with that in mind, if someone asked you to guess which TV ‘star’ was going to be in their own video game, I’d pretty much bet my house on the fact that you wouldn’t say Judge Mathis. That would leave me homeless and you feeling smug however as it seems Mathis is set to star in his own third person shooter game.
Yes, you’re reading this right. Judge Mathis will be the star of a game which is tentatively titled ‘Mathis: Detroit Street Judge’ and the game will put the player in the role of a prisoner who has been released due to prison overpopulation. The convicted felon needs to complete a number of tasks that benefit the community and avoid the temptations of the criminal underworld he knows so well.
You’re probably wondering where Mathis comes into this? Well, if the criminal is caught, they face Judge Mathis in court, where they can be sentenced to prison. If this isn’t the most bizarre video game you’ve heard of in awhile, please let me know.
