Great news Whedon fans, the man himself has just had his new project picked up to pilot by ABC. The project is based on Marvel Comics secret law enforcement agency “S.H.I.E.L.D.”, or Strategic Hazard Intervention Espionage Logistics Directorate.
The TV series will be written by Joss Whedon and his brother Jed, along with Maurissa Tancharoen who worked with the pair on “Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog”. She also happens to be Jed Whedon’s wife, so it’s a real family affair. No word on what superheroes will appear in the TV adaptation, oh and yeah, whoever did that logo there needs a spelling lesson.
