Jerry Bruckheimer Brings ‘Trooper’ to CBS

Jerry Bruckheimer has never been one to shy away from the limelight in Hollywood and he’s got a good history of bringing hit shows to TV screens. Looks like the man behind “CSI” has done it again, by bringing new pilot “Trooper” to CBS.

The show’s central plot focuses on a mom who becomes a New York State Trooper and the drama clearly impressed the big wigs at CBS. The show will be penned by Aron Eli Coleite who wrote “Heroes”, which may give it some extra kudos dependent on your view on “Heroes”.

Bruckheimer has another two pilots in development at the moment, so it’s definitely a good start for him to have one picked up. Do you think it sounds interesting?
