Jenna Fischer ‘kidnapped’ Rainn Wilson to blame

Viral marketing and promotion are just the way of the world now, some work, some are just plain annoying. Not sure which this stunt is, but it does show they’re chums off the set, so that’s sort of sweet.

Rainn Wilson has kidnapped his ‘Office’ co-star Jenna Fischer and says she won’t be released unless his new movie The Rocker makes 18.7 million dollars (a figure that we’re assuming covers the cost of making it).

Some of the clips are pretty funny and it’s cute his co-stars are all playing along, though Mindy Kaling asking “would it help if we killed her” might be seen as a tad disturbing. Genius.
