Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution has been renewed for a second season. The show is produced by Ryan Seacrest’s company and will return later in the year. Food guru Oliver will be teaching people how to eat better again, yes ain’t he a helpful soul.
I’m in two minds about Oliver’s lecturing ways. On the one hand you can see what he’s trying to do is a good thing, but on the other hand, a lot of people feel it comes off as a little condescending to lecture people on how they should be living (and assuming they can afford to eat like he does). You may recall a US town took unfavorably to his telling them how to live last season. Let’s assume the next season will be much the same, only Oliver will be reeling in the “I’m superior” attitude this time and going with the smily cockney chum.
