Horror Reality Series ‘13’ by Raimi and Tapert.

Remember that reality show ‘Fear’ that MTV did a few years ago, it was hilarious. There’s nothing quite like watching people run screaming like a girl because they’re terrified even though deep in their soul they know they’re in asafe and filmed environment. Seems like another ‘Horror Reality’ show is in the offing thanks to horror kings Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert and the helm(Evil Dead).

“This series is the first to take the horror movie into the reality world,” said David Ostroff – President of Entertainment at The CW. “The action takes contestants on a journey with challenges and games designed to frighten them along the way. Similar to horror films, the challenges will play into our deepest fears and anxieties and will reveal things the contestants never knew about themselves.”

Sounds pretty cool, so long as it’s not cruel, I don’t enjoy that show Fear Factor, it always seems so mean. 13 (working title) will premiere in the summer of 2008
