If you’ve completely forgotten about “Enlightened”, don’t be sad, I liked the show and I’d totally forgotten it existed until this press release cropped up in my inbox. The show starring Laura Dern as the quirky – somewhat annoying – Amy Jellicoe, as a woman who seems to be constantly trying to do the right thing, but coming off as a bit of a loon is finally back. The season finale was way back in December last year and it’s not set to return until January 13, 2013, 5 days after the region 1 DVD release.
Girls on the other hand finished its premiere season run on June 17 this year, so not as long a wait for this one. Are you a fan of either?
