Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice crossover episodes planned

According to various reports both Shonda Rhimes series – Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice – will have characters making cross over appearances in each show. I love it when series do this and think it should happen more often as it lends itself to more believability than a character leaving shows and never being heard from again.

The episodes will allegedly screen in the February sweeps period and feature numerous characters. The only character so far revealed to be making the cross over is Kate Walsh, so not too shabby with regards to the big names.
