A second season of Showtime series “Gigolos” has been picked up by Showtime entertainment. When people think of Showtime they usually think of some pretty top-notch drama and scripted series, but it seems the network is more and more dipping its toes into the realm of reality TV (yeah I sighed as well).
“Gigolos” follows male escorts as they go about the business of doing ‘business’ in the city of Las Vegas. It joins other ‘unscripted’ (or are they) series on Showtime, like “The Real L Word” and “The Franchise”. It looks like “The Real L Word” will also end up being renewed, who the hell knew that would happen now Whitney is the star.
