For months there’s been talk about whether George Clooney would be returning to ER as a guest star in the final season. The yoyo answer has gone back and forth between extremes of him definitely not appearing and definitely appearing, but at last it looks like we have the answer.
Clooney WILL be back for the final episodes of ER and is actually filming his secret scenes this week. Who knows why the ever elusive Clooney finally decided to show up, but it’s good news for fans of the show who have always considered him the biggest star to come out of County General.
Sadly it doesn’t look like Juliana Margulies will be appearing with him, so here’s hoping there’s no heart-wrenching story about her being dead or them having split up. If the show creators could talk her into appearing with him, then that might truly be worth tuning in for.
