Yes! It’s true, finally Dr Mark Greene will be returning to ER. The character we all loved so much, played so well by Anthony Edwards, will be returning in the final season of the show.
Now, as ER fans know Dr Greene was killed off the last time we saw him, however he’ll be appearing in flashback form in a storyline involving new recruit Angela Bassett. The great news is that it isn’t flashbacks to old episodes, it’s actually new footage that Edwards has filmed for the show.
Edwards hasn’t reached the heady heights of stardom that fellow ER cast member George Clooney has, but he’ll be remembered as a well loved character by fans and it’ll be great to see him back on the show again.
