There will be a multitude of new comedy series this year, some have already started airing, but I thought I’d highlight one for you all to add to your TV diaries, that being “Ben and Kate”. Hailing from the producer of “New Girl”, the fall sitcom of “Ben and Kate” features a great cast, led by Nat Faxon as Ben and Dakota Johnson as Kate (daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson). A quick shout out should also be given to British actress Lucy Punch, who is hilarious as Kate’s quirky best friend BJ.
If you like comedy that doesn’t feel forced, with a cast that appears to have some great chemistry (at least at this early stage), be sure and check out “Ben and Kate”. Here’s hoping this one stays with us for awhile.
