Who watched new espionage / drama series “Hunted”? I checked it out so I could give you the watch or avoid spiel and I have to say, I was mightily impressed. Melissa George does a great job of playing private security operative Sam Hunter, a woman who is trying to make sense of an assassination attempt, whilst working for the very people she think may have had her killed (all whilst maintaining a perfect pout).
If you’ve watched UK series “Spooks”, that series definitely has a similar feel to “Hunted”, so needless to say if you’re a fan of the former, you may well enjoy the latter. “Hunted” is an eight-part series that is – I think rather unfairly – being touted as a ‘UK “Homeland”, it isn’t “Homeland”, it is its own gritty, character driven, paranoid spy drama. If you missed it, I urge you to catch up before the second episode airs next week.
