There’s a bit of confusion with this one, the video this date stems from has been removed, though all other sources tend to believe it was legit and the air date would tie-in well with the UK premiere, so here we go. Word is the new season of “Doctor Who” will premiere September 8 in the US.
UK fans of the series will see it from September 1 on the BBC, with US fans having to wait a week or so longer due to Labor Day Weekend most probably.
The ad was wrong. BBC America has confirmed Sept. 1 as the start date. There’s no 1-week delay.
