I’ve had a 3D TV since launch now and it’s time to take a look at whether it was worth it as an early adoptee, what the perks of 3D TV are and whether you too should take the plunge into the 3D TV waters.
If you haven’t already bought a 3D TV I would wait. Don’t get me wrong the past few months have seen some stand out 3D TV moments in my house, but they have been sparse, with only a couple of 3D Bluray releases available and a few sporting events being broadcast in true 3D. Until 3D games start their general release (later this year) and there’s more of an uptake in the release of feature films in the true 3D format, why rush in, unless of course you get an awesome deal and you’re in the market for a new HD TV, then why not, it’s generally great spec technically even without the 3D edition.
