30 Rock snags Oprah… what will Tracy Jordan do!

Looks like Oprah is set to step onto the set of another sitcom and this time it’s “30 Rock”. Oprah doesn’t do sitcoms often, in fact the only two that spring to my mind immediately are when she did the “puppy episode” of “Ellen” and when she appeared on “Bette”. Still that sweet little lady Tina Fey is clearly too funny to resist.

Apparently Fey had voiced that she thought it would be funny if Oprah played her best friend (what would Gayle say!!), but now it seems more likely Oprah will be playing herself, though she will have most scenes with Fey.

As a fan of 30 Rock I think this is a great move and I can’t wait to see the finished product.
