Needless to say as this is thoughts on the premiere episode of “2 Broke Girls”, it will contain light spoilers. “2 Broke Girls” is standard comedy with the overarching premise being two girls from the opposite sides of the tracks working in the same diner, friendship struck yadda yadda. You all know the sort of thing, I’m not even going to condescend to you like you don’t.
As these sorts of shows go “2 Broke Girls” really wasn’t that bad. Actors Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs are great in their roles, with Dennings particularly captivating. The script is snappy, though at times falls into gags you see coming from a mile away, overall though, this wasn’t too bad. I think this may well be one to watch this year.. it could be big.
