Twilight Scene Set For MTV Premiere

If you’re a fan of the Twilight books and are hoping to see more of the movie before it opens in December, well, you’re in luck. MTV will show a full scene from the film before their Movie Awards this Sunday, June 1st, reports the MTV Movie Blog (the logical place for such news). The festivities are set to begin at 7:30 pm Eastern Time. MTV isn’t clear if that’s when they’re showing the clip, or if it will just appear at some unnamed time during the pre-show festivities. So either be there at 7:30 and plan on hanging out for who knows how  long, or set your DVR for 7:30 and keep it recording until way past when teh awards are supposed to end. And then when it’s all over, the clip will be available on the MTV Movie Blog site.

In addition to the clip, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Cam Gigandet will walk the red carpet and attend the awards. Author Stephenie Meyer also has recorded an intro that will be played before the scene is shown.

And remember that word: scene. This isn’t just a montage of clips of people turning around and saying things like, “No!” “I will” “Fine!” “How?” “But!” Nope, it’s a real scene, with a beginning, middle, and end (well, if the screenplay is written correctly, that is).
