Graphics folks, get to work illustrating ”Legacy.”
So you thought the follow-up to the classic ’80s video game movie “Tron” was going to skate by on the dull “Tron 2,” or worse, the rumored “Tr2n” (I’m not even sure how you’d pronounce that one). Well, never fear–the MTV Movies Blog reports that there is a real title. Ready? Okay: “Tron Legacy.”
Well, maybe it sounds a little bit like the sixth movie in an increasingly weak horror franchise, but as I said, would you rather have “Tr2n”? Can you do better than “Tron Legacy”? Forget “Tron Revolution,” the “Revolution” tag is overplayed. I could have lived with maybe “Re-Tron.” Feel free to suggest away.
