Howard J. Ford's "The Dead" made an "Indelible" impression at the box office.
Howard J. Ford did just the kind of thing Hollywood loves–he made a movie, “The Dead,” for $150,000 and it earned $10 million worldwide. No wonder he’s getting to make another movie.
Deadline reports that Ford will direct “Indelible,” a supernatural thriller that he also wrote. It’s a co-production between Armory Films and Mugshot Films.
Ford won’t give away the plot, but said:
“Indelible will not be just any supernatural thriller in the way some think a film like this will play out…When they get to the end of this movie, audiences will not only have felt tension and fear, but I want it to drive thoughts in a way that will hit hard in the heart and stay there long after the credits roll.”
I think audiences would be happy if they could get some good tension and fear.
“The Dead” was a zombie movie, not an adaptation of the James Joyce story. I’m guessing that “Indelible” will be ghosts.
