Steve Martin and Diane Keaton Reunite For ‘From Zero To Sixty’

Steve Martin and Dina Keaton are a couple in real life aren’t they? No, oh okay, it’s just that they have appeared together on screen so many times that I had started to make that assumption. Well, they’re doing it again, in a new comedy called From Zero To Sixty.
The comedy, which is based on a pitch by Steve Martin will see the couple once again team up as a couple, as they have done already in Father Of The Bride and it’s cleverly named sequel, Father Of The Bride 2 (pictured). It was also reported in March that Paramount Pictures had acquired One Big Happy as a vehicle for Keaton and Martin.
According to Variety, Paramount has acquired From Zero To Sixty after Martin’s pitch for the film was given to many studios for consideration. Simonds will produce the film, which could be made as early as this fall if a writer is found quickly.
Simonds and Martin have previously worked on Pink Panther 1 and 2, with the second one due out in February. Even before the first sequel is out, writers are already being sought for a second sequel.
