Major ‘Transformers 2’ Spoiler Hits The Web

Transformers 2 is drawing ever nearer, with shooting currently taking place. So as is natural, spoilers are surfacing on some of the plot details, although with Michael Bay stating early on in production that he would be leaking false spoilers on to the Web in an effort to wind up the fans, the chances are that some will be completely fake.
However, the latest spoiler to emerge, being reported on The Movie Blog as coming from a trusted source is quite a big one, and certainly sounds plausible. It tells of a scene from the film, which recently had its name changed from Transformers 2 to Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, that could give away the major thrust of the film.
The scene described features Sam, played by Shia Labeouf, on his first day of classes. When the professor, played by Rainn Wilson, asks the class to start reading a book, every student turns to page one and begins to read but Sam manages to read the whole book in five seconds flat. He then writes symbols on the chalkboard.
The thought is that Sam has been affected by touching an object referred to as The Splinter, which it is guessed is a splinter from the Allspark Cube which Sam supposedly destroyed in the first film by pushing it in to Megatron’s chest.
I love hearing spoilers such as this when they are about a film which I am absolutely peeing my pants waiting to see. It all adds to the sense of excitement and anticipation, even if some of them do turn out to be absolute codswallop when the film finally does hit the cinema.
