Justin Timberlake will need to stop drinking.
Justin Timberlake can’t stay out of magazine offices. After playing a GQ staffer in “Friends with Benefits,” Variety reports that he’s now in talks to join New York magazine in “The Last Drop.” Peter Sollett will direct.
Timberlake would play an “alcoholic food critic who decides to change his life in order to win over the love of his life.”Vulture, which is part of New York magazine (and delighted to have Timberlake on staff), calls the movie a “rom-dramedy.” That would not seem to bode well, but I’ll try to be optimistic.
You can see Timberlake in theaters now in “Trouble with the Curve.” Next year he’s got the Coen brothers “Inside Llewyn Davis” and “Runner, Runner” with Ben Affleck coming out. Rumors of him recording again seem to be just rumors.
