Jackman Moves to Ghostopolis

Hugh Jackman, making it all look so easy.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hugh jackman is set to star in “Ghostopolis.” Jackman will also get a producer credit on the adaptaion of Doug TenNapel’s graphic novel.
Jackman will play “a man who works for the government’s Supernatural Immigration Task Force. His job is to send ghosts who have escaped into our world back to Ghostopolis. When a living boy accidentally is sent to the other side, the agent must team with a female ghost (and former flame) to bring him back.”
The project does not have a writer, director, or former female flame attached yet. But at this time, Jackman’s name is enough to make everyone sit up and take notice, especially after the big-time opening weekend of Jackman’s “Wolverine.” At this point Jackman could probably say he wants to star in a big screen adaptation of the Rogers & Hammestein musical “Carousel,” and some producer would take a deep breath and sign him up. Let’s face it, the man puts the word hot to use in so many ways.
