First ‘Transformers 2′ Spoilers Hit Web

First ‘Transformers 2? Spoilers Hit Web

The first Transformers film was massive, exciting children and adults alike with its bringing to life of a cartoon series we all loved at one time or another. And now a second is being made and the spoiler alerts have already begun.

The film is currently in pre-production, having its script and plot tweaked to within an nth of its life. Production hasn’t begun, despite rumours to the contrary, but a summer start date looks likely.

IESB.net has managed to acquire some details over which characters, and more importantly, which robots will be returning, and making an appearance in the sequel. If you want to avoid any spoilers, stop reading this post now.

The biggest news is that the Decepticons will be getting some help this time in the form of Constructicons. In the cartoons, their names were Scrapper, Bonecrusher, Scavenger, Mixmaster, Hook and Long Haul, although what names Bay and his cohorts will manage to come up remains to be seen.

What’s special about the Constructicons is that they can all form together to form what can only be described as one huge f***ing robot called Devastator.

All of the fans were calling for more kick ass robot action in the sequel, and it looks like we’re going to get what we wished for.

In terms of human supporting cast (let’s be honest here, Optimus Prime will always be the lead), Sam is back, this time with Chuck, his conspiracy theory obsessed room-mate.

There are also various military, government authority type people who will obviously get in the way of and probably hinder the fight as the Autobots try and save mankind. You can check out more details in the original story.

I really cannot wait for Transformers 2. Please just get it made, do a good job with it, and get it out on the streets so I can fulfil my ambition to see the Transformers on the big screen again.
