The Licensing International Exp is up and running in New York, and spotted amongst the merchandise is the poster for Terminator 4, as seen above (thanks to ComingSoon). So this at least (I would think) confirms the title is either still or is back to Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins. I still am sure that at one point they had announced that was out. Oh well.
