Cam Gigandet and Nick Thune To Make Movie About “Johnson”

Cam Gigandet will meet his member.

You often hear people complaining about how Hollywood has no new ideas–everything is a remake, based on a comic book, or some other stupid pre-existing idea. Well, here’s a project where those complaints certainly will not apply.

Cam Gigandet and Nick Thune will star in “Johnson,” a comedy to be directed by Huck Botko. Here’s how The Hollywood Reporter describes it:

In the comedy, Gigandet plays Rich Johnson, a sexually prolific ladies’ man whose overworked genitals literally abandon his body and take on human form, played by Thune.

Finding himself suddenly pitted against his favorite appendage, Rich must somehow convince his penis to return while “learning how to be a better man in the process,” according to a synopsis.

See? Try to call that just another copycat idea.

Jeff Tetreault wrote the script. He told THR this:

β€œIt’s semi-autobiographical. Nick is only 6’4, though. Shaq would be more of an accurate physical representation.”

Ahh, Mr. Tetreault wants to imply something about himself. I wonder who one of his girlfriends would cast as his penis.

Filming is set to begin this week in Chicago, so if you’re in the area and see a six foot four penis-man, you’ll know you ran into the production.
