Brie Larson will have to put up with Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is making his directorial debut, directing his own script, “Don Jon’s Addiction.” For the many fans of the talented Mr. Gordon-Levitt, this is big news. He can’t just star in his movie alone, though, so we’re happy to hear from Variety that Brie Larson has joined the cast.
The movie is about a “present-day Don Juan who undergoes a quest to become a better person. ” Larson will not play one of the Don Juan types undoubted many lovers, but rather his sister. Tony Danza–yes, Tony Danza–plays his father. Scarlett Johansson undoubtedly does play some kind of love interest.
Larson was most recently seen in “21 Jump Street” and also “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.” She’s in the upcoming films “The Spectacular Now” and “Squirrels to the Nuts.”
