‘Bond 23’ To Complete Craig Trilogy

‘Bond 23’ To Complete Craig Trilogy

Quantum of Solace is now playing almost everywhere in the world following its release roll out, and while not all of the reviews have been complimentary, I personally loved the film even more than Casino Royale. So as soon as I left the cinema I was immediately on the hunt for news about the sequel.

Daniel Craig, Jeffrey Wright (Felix Leiter), and Barbara Broccoli (producer) recently spoke to Coming Soon about Quantum of Solace and also hinted at what could come next. It seems Daniel Craig is definitely in for Bond 23, and the film could directly follow the plot being played out in the previous two films to make a sort of trilogy.

Broccoli said:

“Hopefully at the end of ‘Quantum of Solace,’ we have this “whole” character. And now we can do what we want. I think in some way, he will go after the organization (Quantum). So in that sense, it may become a trilogy, but we haven’t really structured it that way.”

She also stated that the gadgets could be back for the next film, if they can think of some that haven’t already been invented.

“The trouble is, everyone has gadgets. We will need to come up with a few that have not been invented by the Sony Corp!”

Q and Miss Moneypenny could also make a comeback for the next film although nothing has been decided yet. It also seems as though CIA agent Felix Leiter will play a much bigger role in the future. No director is yet attached to Bond 23 but I expect the cogs will be set in motion very soon.
