10 Movies Not To Miss In 2010

The Internet is currently awash with top lists for both 2009 and the whole of the noughties. But how about what is still to come?

2009 was a great year for movies, but 2010 is looking like being even better. And here are my top ten movies not to miss in the year ahead.

3. Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time
4. Alice In Wonderland
5. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
6. Robin Hood
7. The A-Team
8. The Lovely Bones
9. I Love You Phillip Morris
10. CopOut

Kick-Ass takes the ultimate crown. A superhero movie featuring non superheroes - one of whom is a gun-toting, knife-wielding 12-year-old girl? Yes please.

I have high hopes for Iron Man 2, and the trailer doesn’t disappoint. Unfortunately, Transformers 2 has tempered my enthusiasm for the big sequel of the year a little.

Prince Of Persia looks amazing, while Alice In Wonderland and The Lovely Bones look like visual feasts overlaid on cracking stories. Eclipse has to be in there, and the Robin Hood and A-Team remakes are looking promising.

The list is completed by the controversial I Love You, Phillip Morris, and the Kevin Smith-directed (but not written) CopOut.
