Rockstar is preparing to release a compendium of some of its bestselling recent titles. Rockstar Games Collection: Edition 1 will include Red Dead Redemption, Midnight Club: Los Angeles, L.A. Noire and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City.
These titles will be released together (though obviously on multiple discs) on PS3 and Xbox 360 for around $60 in the U.S. No international release details are yet forthcoming.
Rockstar Games Collection: Edition 1 hasn’t yet been officially announced, instead being leaked via NeoGAF and a number of different retailers.
I can imagine this will sell extremely well, mostly to people who missed a couple of the titles included the first time around, and so don’t begrudge paying the asking price. Or those like me who love a couple of the titles but sold them after completion. This would be a good opportunity to buy them back once more on the (relatively) cheap.
