GTA III, Vice City Coming To PS3?

Most of us are eagerly waiting the release of Grand Theft Auto 5, due out sometime this year. But before that it looks as though PS3 owners are getting to get treated to a slice of retro gaming heaven in the form of GTA III and GTA: Vice City.
This news comes courtesy of the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board), which issues ratings to video games in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The ESRB has inadvertently leaked (via GameSpot) the existence of games in the past, which looks to be what has happened on this occasion.
The ESRB has given “rating certificate updates” to GTA III and GTA: Vice City, which suggests re-releases of these two titles is imminent. However, it also suggests no changes will have been made to them, so no HD remakes or possibly even Trophies to see here.
Two questions: Why no San Andreas? That would complete the line-up of PS2 exclusives; Could these games be being lined up for inclusion with GTA V? Maybe not as standard, but in a special edition package? All will become clear when Rockstar decides to clue us in on its plans.
