Will Britney Spears face jail time over another missed deposition?

Sorry for having two Britney posts back to back, but I couldn’t help myself here. Britney Spears is being ordered to do her deposition in her and K-Fed’s child custody case, next week. She’s already given the big eff you to the court by saying she was too sick to go in for the deposition, but went out partying the same night.

It’s being speculated that now Britney could possibly face jail time if she refuses to show up for this deposition.

It’s not likely that she’d actually go to jail in a child custody case, but she could be cited for contempt of court and be subject to monetary sanctions. Britney, just go, you’re already paying for K-Fed’s attorney. Why keep throwing away your money? Or is she afraid of what will come out of the depo?
