Was Heather Locklear set up for her DUI bust?

When the news broke the someone called 911 on Heather Locklear on the night she was busted for DUI, it sounded like the call was made by just any random citizen. Apparently, that’s not the case.

The woman who called 911 on Heather, Jill Ishkanian, is a former Us Weekly staffer who was under investigation by the FBI for allegedly hacking their computer system to obtain celebrity information. She’s also the one who tipped off the paparazzi. She had been following Heather into the Montecito area and watched her go to a market. When Heather got back in her car, Ishkanian called the cops, even though Heather wasn’t driving yet.

That was also the perfect time for Ishkanian to alert the paparazzi that Heather was about to get a DUI. Ishkanian also happens to be the only witness who saw Heather driving erratically.

Hope they throw her in jail for stalking Heather and making a false claim. Psycho.
